I updated my Ipod to ios4 and now nothing's happening.?

I went to Itunes in my laptop, connected my Ipod to my laptop and updated the whole thing to ios4. It was going good but now that all the syncing and updating is done, the Ipod screen just shows the white adapter with an arrow sign pointing to the Itunes symbol like it does when you buy a brand new ipod/iphone. What do I do?

    Restore the iPod. That's the only thing you can do.
