Bring it to a ski shop. The small price you pay there will be much cheaper than doing it yourself and having your binding not work right.

There is a heel adjustment and a toe adjustment. Use either a straight screwdriver or a PHILIPS head screwdriver. You do not need to spend money and waist you time bringing your gear to a shop. you can do it yourself easily.
