my weight is actually bugging me!?
i've never been bothered by my weight..until my friends said they weighed under 100-90 lbs. it made me feel a little fat, but then again i do look skinny. but if there are any workouts that i can do please tell me. i know i should like me for who i am, but the exercising i am doing it for ME not for for someone else. thank you:)

Try doing these exercises for 5 times a week.
Jumping Jacks- 50
High Knees- 50
Bicycle crunches- 50
Mountain climber exercise- 50
Maybe walk/jog outside for 30 minutes if you're still up for it or jog on the treadmill if you have one or have a membership to a gym.
Make sure to do it in this order. As it is easier to move on to the next exercise and so on.
