How to regain my yahoo email account back?

Okay, so my mom was stupid enough to give some hacker my password to search through my emails to see if I was doing anything wrong. I told her it was a stupid idea and that the person would steal my account, but she said I was lying and hiding something. One month later when I get my computer back she said the person said nothing was on it (OF COURSE) I try and log into my email account and viola, my password has been changed. The secret questions haven't, but I was stupid enough to make fake answers to all those questions(I was in 5th grade when I made that account, ive had it for a very long time.) I figured out the first one, but the second one i'm stuck on. It's which street did you grow up on, I put sesame street blah blah stupid stuff and still no. :( the person changed the backup account to whatever theirs is at hotmail.com. Please help, how can I get it back?! Parents know nothing of hackers and computers. :(
