I'm 15

I'm around 5"2 and 3/4 and I weigh from 124 - 130.

Please don't give me the "BMI says" BS. I know my BMI.

Ever since I was younger, I have felt fat. I see fat. But in essence, I know I'm not obese, but I feel fat still. And I am fat. I get made fun of for being fat.

To be honest, I don't think you look fat AT ALL - just <like me!> a little bit un-toned. You look normal and healthy for your height and age. I was pretty much in the same shape as you a few months ago, but now I've begun running again, exercising etc etc and I've lost all of that extra stuff that I didn't like very, very quickly. I know this is the answer people get sick of hearing, but: just start exercising and watching a little of what you eat and you will feel happier with yourself and your body will change into a new shape. Because you're exercising, you don't have to be strict on your eating; keep it in moderation, but DON'T go overboard. Restriction just messes up with your metabolism and makes you BIGGER in the long run.

I can see from your answer tho that you have pretty strong ideas on your body and that probably what I say won't have much effect. (I could be wrong, though). Feelings of being 'fat' and 'overweight' are normal - a lot of people have days like those. But that DOESN'T mean you are fat. Again, I think you aren't at all. I promise that exercising and eating healthily will change the way you think about your body, and that, in fact, your body will change as well, into an improved, smaller, healthier shape.

P.S Ignore those people that call you fat. They're literally not worth your time or worry. Because think about it, will you ever see them again or will they SERIOUSLY ABSOLUTELY have any affect on your future/life? People only upset you if you let them.
