What's a good hotel to stay in near the Galveston Cruise Port in Texas?

Price is not an option. Traveling with kids. Only need it for an overnight stay. If there's one within walking distance, or free shuttles to the port.

    Harbor House is walking distance to the port.

    there are various possibilities. My pal and that i actually enjoyed staying on the Biscayne Marriott motel the least time we took a cruise out of Miami. this is totally on the component to the port. in fact, counting on which room you get, you will discover the cruise ships from the motel.
