microwave cake in a cup?

has anyone tried the chocolate cake in a cup that you microwave? i made it once and it was real good but i can't remember if you use self rising four or plain flour

    Self rising makes it fluffy. Kinda like yeast

    Plain AP flour is fine. I remember making it a few years back and i used that kind.

    self rising flour is good, but if you just have plain flour its okay too :)
