The background is too distracting from the content. Perhaps use a solid colour or a more simple background?
Also, perhaps use a different type of theme where the posts are in a vertical line instead of all over the place. :)

It doesn't look good. The content was boring and it depressed me. And the people in it weren't pleasant to look at.
I would not follow it.
You could improve it by making it more interesting. Have the people be attractive because people love to watch beautiful people. It also seems very squished together.

Personally? I think it sucks. It's the most disgusting tumblr ever. I would shut it down. No one would ever visit it anyway. I know I wouldn't. I'm going to put it on my block list. How can you improve it? By shutting it down and never having a social network.
