I want to adopt a toddler?

I want a 3 or 4 year old little girl. I have 2 sons and got my tubes tied, but I guess I still feel that I need a lil girl to make my family complete. Whats the best way to adopt? I dont want to be a foster parent however.

You can adopt internationally if you are not open to foster care. There are several agencies (DO YOUR RESEARCH) that work with other countries. You can look at www.rainbowkids.com which is a website dedicated to international adoptions. They have articles written by adoptees, first mothers and adoptive parents as well as links to agencies and descriptions of different country programs.

You can also consider adopting a waiting child in the US. These children are legally free for adoption already.

    Best of luck to you.
