Generally, once you put someone up for adoption and it is finalized, you have no rights left. If you have a legal basis like did not know what you were doing; you can go back to the same court and ask the court to set aside the adoption. Chances of that happening is less than 00.1%.

You could at least make it clear whether you adopted your son, or put your son up for adoption.
