Is Svetlana Ceca Raznatovic allowed (now, while, unfortunately, she is under house arrest) to give concerts?
And I would also like to ask something which I discussed with a friend, who later sent me an SMS regarding what I am about to ask: Who must I appeal to-if I or someone would like invite her to perform a concert outside Serbia-in order to ask them to ease the conditions of her house arrest? In other words, how is it possible to appeal to the Serbian judicial authorities to ease the conditions of her house arrest, and let her give a concert in another country?

If you give money to the right people, Svetlana could sing anywhere you organize the concert.
Hmm, perhaps the right people would be Ivica Dacic or Boris Tadic...
I am sure they would find your appeal reasonable. She is an extraordinary special case in the legacy of our judiciary system...
We Serbs all wish we could do what she did, steal millions of euros from the people and bargain justice by returning just a small bit of it back...
We know it and that is the model by which our corrupt judiciary and police system work, but we are not such a nation to do anything about it..
