For the Christians..........what do you think of this dream?
Okay, this was my dream last night. I was laying in my bed sleep in the dream. All of a sudden, these two little girls (like maybe 3 years old) ran up to my door and started knocking on the door. The were saying Patrick wake up!!!, Patrick wake up!!!. In the dream, I could see the side where I was sleeping and the other side of the door as well. As the little girls continued to knock, a elderly woman walked up to the door and told the girls, "He's not going to answer the door". Now, the dream switched back into the room where I was sleeping. Then appeared this young teen age boy I have been counseling in real life. He has been trying to get closer to God. From the ceiling came a rope, like the kind of rope you climb up at gym class. Well, this teen age boy grabbed the rope and proceeded to swing on it like Tarzan would. He looked like he was trying to swing into the door and knock it opened. However, his swinging was so terrible, he would only make it half way and fall on the floor. He did this over and over with the same result then the dream ended. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless you.

hmm There's a message there for you and the boy, but I think the dream is more about you. The elder can represent someone trying to counsel you yet, there is something that you are not getting or hearing or just not seeing. That may be the reason why the woman says, " he won't answer"
She's letting them know you're not ready, there's something that is not getting thru you. I think this also ties into the boy. He is trying to get closer to you and God though, there is something he is not listening too or ignoring, reason being why he is trying to hit the door without much success but falling. It can represent the obstacles he is going thru and you are not really paying much attention to him -( probably because you didn't open the door and were asleep.)
There is something that needs to be analyzed in this dream - think about it.
Just a thought, perhaps, you are counseling this boy yet there is something that you are missing from your relationship with him and with God. Ask for God's guidance..
God bless you.

Doors symbolise opportunity. The younger ones who care for you are trying to help you by knocking on the door to make you aware of it. The older and more experienced woman is telling them that they are wasting their time. The teenager is aware of the opportunity that the door represents and keeps trying to reach it, but he is hampered by his inexperience and lack of knowledge of the right method to use.
I think that you need to try to see what he is aiming for and learn from him.
Hope this gives you some insight.
