What do you call a narrator that knows all but only follows one character?
I know first person is when a character is narrator,
I know third person limited is when a narrator follows one person,
I know omniscient is when a narrator knows all,
but what do you call a narrator that knows all (like omniscient) but follows only one character (like 3rd person limited)?

Based on this excerpt from Wikipedia, I think the term is "first-person narrator", for the following reasons:
"Generally, a first-person narrator brings greater focus on the feelings, opinions, and perceptions of a particular character in a story, and on how the character views the world and the views of other characters. If the writer's intention is to get inside the world of a character, then it is a good choice..."
