Convert multiple PDF files into an ebook ?

Question

my mother has all of her recipe's written on scraps of paper scattered around a box so i offered to type them up and put them on the ipad for her to serve as a recipe book.

i have all of them in both pdf and doc format but i was wondering if their is a way to make a page flipping ebook out of multiple pdf's

any help would be greatly appreciated

why convert pdf to another ebook format? Actually, you can just save all the recipe in pdf format, as pdf is good for long-term archive, and iPad can read pdf files. of course, you can combine all pdf files into a single pdf for easy viewing. Just copy all recipe from multiple doc files into one word document and save it to pdf format,  this is a bit trouble; if you don't want to copy & paste, you can try a pdf merger to combine the .pdf format recipe into one pdf.

I don't think so. Even if there was a way, iBooks wouldn't support it. Just put it on the iPad as a PDF. Also, isn't scrolling down easier than flipping pages?

I don't know how, but PDF files are compatible with most ereaders, including the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

.tiff format may be a bit large for a 'compact' PDF...any way you can downsize those and still retain the display quality you seek? Like 'jpg' for example.

I don't think t.v. is a waste of your time, it's that I see no real use than it nowadays and there is nothing at all educational or useful on now. Children of today face 'entertainment' that is just plain ridiculous and does not have any morale meaning behind them

Just read a reserve watching the identical publication that has been converted to that movie. There are details in a written booklet that we take for granted viewing a movie. We don't have the sense of color or smell that our heads can create.
