Most definitely Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64 (or the DS), as others have said. However, you can not ride a Yoshi in that game. You can meet him at the top of the castle once u collect all the stars. The game Mario Sunshine for the Game Cube is a 3D game that allows you to ride a Yoshi, so you may have the two confused.
