How can I upgrade my IBM 486-SX to a Celeron processor?

Finally saved up enough money to do this and now I'm all set! How can I do this task easily, and will the Celeron work OK with my SVGA monitor and Win 95?

Update:

It's not a laptop...it's a tower!

Cheaper to pick up a new one, or refurbished.

Sorry, you normally can't change the Cpu on laptops, and laptops that old wouldn't even support a Celeron I'm afraid.
