Can you cook a piece of corned beef in a pressure cooker?

Do you get results that would be as good or better than cooking in the traditional way in boiling water?

Cooking in the boiling water is a pain!!!!!! Alot of work. You can put it in the pressure cooker. Then when you take it out, put on some spicy sweet mustard and brown sugar on it and put in under your broiler in your oven for about 10 minutes. IT IS WONDERFUL!!!!!!! Or just bake it for 3 hours in oven with mustard and brown sugar. It is so tender and comes out perfectly. I tried this recipe I found about 3 weeks ago! I am not a big corned beef fan, but this was fantastic! She also has a great side dish with cabbage that you fry in a pan! Did that too. My kids LOVED IT!

Of course you can. Anything you can make in a dutch oven you can make in a pressure cooker in a fraction of the time.
