Am I being annoying if I ask him to hang out? ?

I've had a thing with this guy since march and I like him and I know he likes me but were not bf gf because he is leaving to be a navy seal soon so we don't want to break up. I sometimes feel like I'm annoying him when I ask to hang out and we hung out a few days ago and havent talked since then and we had a great time he even texted me after saying how much fun he had. Idk if I should text him and ask him to hang out because I'm going to be busy lately and I'm already missing him.

Thank and any advice would be great

    You should text him, call him something. Talk to him he might even bring up wanting to hangout with you himself. If he had fun before and really wants to be with you then he should want to hang out with you. Even if you just ask him what hes doing this week and then try to plan something.

    Ask hi. Worst he can say is "no", which leaves you no worse off then you are now, really.
