Hours of restitution or a fine depends on the Judge..(hint) Dress nice for Court.

I'm assuming you're talking about driving while intoxicated or driving under the influence.
Your punishment will most likely be assigned by the ADA (whom, you will talk to first). If they're nice and you're nice, they will let you plea to a lesser charge since there was no damage to property or person.
If you plead not guilty, then you have a rough battle ahead of you in front of a judge.
If you're just talking about drinking under the legal age and didn't contribute to other minors, it's just a fine and some community service. No big deal.
