Tough one, especially since I'm only 17. I'll try though:

2. Organized Konfusion (Although they're a duo, I love they're vibe and concepts)

6. Jay-Z (the jay-z from Reasonable Doubt, In My Lifetime Vol 1 & 2, The Blueprint, and The Black Album)

7. Black Sheep (once again they're vibe)

8. Lauryn Hill (yes, she is a rapper in my opinion and is very very talented)

9. DMX (he's just so bi-polar in his albums, but he is def. one of the greatest)

10. Eminem (not the current Eminem but the old one)

*Just a little bonus I'm a huge fan of both Kanye and Common so I couldn't choose between those two. Lupe is the best when it gets to alternative rap. Ghostface Killah is the best story teller in the game. A Tribe Called Quest we're pretty innovative in my opinion, and Jadakiss, I think thats about it.

Dr. Dre Eminem tupac notorious snoop dogg and....uh...all the others suck. Especially lil Wayne. No offense lil Wayne, but really, sounding like your dieing is not rap. Just a little advice for ya.
