    Hi there,

I have looked over several other questions asked about this topic, according to many your supposed to have 1-2 eggs daily, or none at all, it's up to you, I normally have mine at dinner time, but not everyday. They are supposedly high in cholesterol, but according to some it's just a myth. I have researched some more on this, and it IS high in cholesterol according to other sources, (you can read about these by copying and pasting the links I have put in the sources below)

So overall, check out those websites, 1 egg a day should be enough, and you'll be good to go :)

"all varieties of amino acids in nutrition is distinctive, so the day ought to consume one in all those supplies of protein. With beans (at the same time with: beans, tofu, soybean fermented nutrition, veggie burgers / warm canines, peanuts) and grains ( at the same time with rice, corn, total wheat bread) meal protein for people who sense that they choose people who would be a good meal.
