Don't know what this could be?

For the last couple of months I have been having chest pains every day and night. I've also had migraines every night. My mom refuses to take me to the doctor because she believes that it is anxiety due to me being stressed a lot. She's talked her friend that's a doctor who told her about the anxiety. But having them for 5 months straight is starting to worry me. Could this be something else?
