Wat brand carry the best eyeliners?

SEPHORA COLLECTION Retractable Waterproof Eyeliner is awesome it goes on and stays on! Extremely black and brown just how I like it. I WILL be purchasing more of these in the future when mine runs out. I am allergic to it and wouldnt really say its ok for the waterline but for the top.. I love it. I just use the MB for the bottom but this eyelineris awesome!

It depends... for example if you're looking for a VERY pigmented black liner I would soo go with covergirl. It's cheap, doesn't smudge, and I always get compliments abt it =)

BTW I tried the gray pencil liner from Covergirl, not so great :/ I haven't tried other brands in another color besides black, so I can't really compare it, but just keep that in mind :D

that is a demanding question! in my opinion, i take advantage of Mac. i love the interest shadows! They very last always. yet i also own earnings. So for eyes Mac and For face earnings. yet Sephora is an awsome keep, I advise you bypass there. you'll come across a form appropriate for you and your flavor!

my two favorite brands are Maybelline and Loreal. they both work great! right now im using Loreal wear Infinite eyeliner. its waterproof and doesnt smudge! i highly recommend it! Good Luck!

Urban Decays are great! They are on the pricier side though. If you are on a budget, try NYX cosmetics eye liners!:)

I like Revlon and Maybeline.

essence is okay but L'Oreal is amazing it stays and lasts all day
