There is this girl that already gets told she's beautiful on her facebook profile pictures. I can tell she is getting tired of hearing that, and I want to say something special.

don't say anything stare meaningful into her eyes and she'll see you think shes more beautiful than anyone can ever say

Compliment her sense of humor, intelligence, artistic abilities, athletic abilities.. Go for something that she tries at not something she was born with.

I dunno, maybe something like her personality or any skills and talents she possibly may have?
