Seems reasonably balanced. I'd prefer the Fielder + Upton side. Fielder is the most consistent player of the 4.
Beltran is likely to be traded, so his destination and role matter.

Depending if you need two outfielders in this deal.....I don't know. If you do, great....If not, I'd seek a pitcher over a second OF.
If you are getting Prince and B.J.....Very solid.
