Do you guess the gender of a person on arm & leg hair?

No. I usually just check for child bearing hips and/or Adam's apple.

If only their arms are visible, and it's extensionally hairy, I would assume but not come to a full conclusion that it's a man.

But if you see their face/body fully, arm hair/leg hair would probably be very low on the list of what I identify someone with.
