Bahrain: what vegetable dish to people eat with a main course in Bahrain?

I'm trying to make an entire meal from every country in the world, and this week is Bahrain. I'm planning on making Chicken Machboos for the main course, but I don't know what veggies to serve with it. Is there a traditional salad in Bahrain, or a cooked vegetable or dish they might serve there with something like what I'm going to attempt? Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if you can point me to a recipe for it, that would be even better. Thank you.
