Download a good anti virus program. If you are paying then I recommend AVG. If you are not paying I still recommend AVG Free. Just do a scan and it should find the malware.

EDIT: Do NOT just download any free anti virus program as many of them will actually give you viruses so you have to pay the full price to get rid of them.

Do you have firewalls on your computer and stuff? I'm not an expert, but Windows Security Essentials, Malwarebytes Anti Malware and CCleaner keep me pretty pop-up free. But I don't use Pandora, so it might just be Pandora and not something with your computer.
Good luck, I hope you get rid of the popups :)

The solution is a very simple one. Just go to Google and type "Free Downloadable Pop-Up Blocker" and download it and install it, any of them will do. Whenever you go to Pandora or anywhere else, just switch ON your Pop-Up Blocker and it will serve your purpose.

You could set your Browser to block pop ups - Tools/Options/Content Block pop up windows
Or, you could install AdBlock Plus http://adblockplus.org/en/
