How do you stop your gums form constantly bleeding?

Floss daily.

Use an extra soft brush. An electric toothbrush is best if you are brushing too hard.

If you cannot brush after each meal you should at least rinse your mouth out well with water.

Use a salt water rinse twice a day (1 t. salt per 1 cup of warm water).

Talk to your dentist about a deep cleaning. That will get any debris you have under your gums.
