I need a recipe with all of these ingredients?
Broccoli, carrots, onions, tomatoes, grilled chicken, and either rice or pasta. Or a recipe with vegetables that is quick to make.
If you have the calories per serving, please list that.

Easy. As a chef, its normal for us to look in our cooler and say, "lets use this, this this and this."
I would steam your broccoli (or cut into small florettes, for fast cooking) cut onions into half moon shape by cutting your onion down the middle so that each half of the onion has half of the root and then slicing so its a half moon. dice the tomatoes and cut the grilled chicken in small pieces, cook a nice brown or white rice.
Now heres the recipe (you can put any amount of anything, its your dish)
heat up a saute pan with olive oil, until hot.
add a couple gloves of chopped garlic and cook for 30sec-1 minute (til soft)
add your broccoli and onion and cook for 5 minutes,
add your tomatos and cook for 2-3 minutes,
add your chicken and cook for 2 minutes (assuming its cooked if raw add the first thing and cook for 4 minutes)
take a grater and grate some of the carrot into the stir fry (if baby carrots, still grate or chop finely)
stir and add your brown or white rice (brown is healthier)
deglaze with a white or red wine (around 1/4 cup) let it evaporate and scrape bottom of pan.
add about 3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce or your fav. asian sauce
add little salt (as soy is salty) and pepper to liking.
stir and serve. :) very healthy as all is vegie's.
very delicious and healthy, you can always add some fresh or powdered garlic for another taste

just make a primavera. Boil the broccoli and carrots in bite size pieces until desired doneness. Cook pasta until desired doneness. In a pan saute the onions until soft, add the chicken to warm up and them add the pasta and carrots and broccoli until warmed up. Remove from heat. Stir in diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese if you want and serve. Just make sure you salt and pepper it so it tastes great.

Make a casserole in a baking dish.
Start with a base of rice or pasta.
Boil rice or pasta with sliced carrots.
Sauté onions in oil, with diced chicken.
Add chopped celery if available.
Combine everything in baking dish.
Top with sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in 400F oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden.
