There is flirting through body language and conversation. Maybe if your comfortable touch there shoulder there wrist or even there face. Have eye contact with the person and stand a little closer than normal. Talk in a different tone than normal an maybe laugh at there jokes even if there not funny. Talk about common interests. Don't talk about an ex.
