Suggestions for the title to my first chapter?

ok so here is the situation in my first chapter

a 13 year old girl is walking home after detention around midnight and see encounters a monster

the monster is dressed in completley black, and has red glowing eyes. It chases her all the way home

i was thinking of monsters for the title, only it didn't really fit since there is only one monster

so any ideas??

Maybe you could give a twist to your 1st Chapter's title with a different language:

    ll mostro (Italian)

    el Monstruo (Spanish)

    le Monstre (French)

    Das Monster (German)

You could choose one of the translations. This would make people want to read on to understand what the Chapter is saying. In a deeper way maybe you could even use the German saying and relate it to Hitler. He was a monster too. Haha... I don't know if ya want to go that deep in this! :)

    Other suggestions:

Red (Plain and simple, you could really decribe the eyes)

    Midnight Surprise

Karma (Relates to being bad and getting a detention so then something bad happens to her aka the monster)

    I really like Karma. :)

Source(s): Myself- Straight A's in English! Haha. :) And of course... a translater.

it truly is greater a whiny remark, yet I despatched a e book off to a writer, the place I spent greater than a number of time questioning of financial ruin titles and then a e book identify. it is as quickly as I had my lesson that they decide on what remains and what would not - and greater than a number of of it would not.
