Which MLB All Star has represented the most teams?

The player I'm thinking of represented 5 teams total, and represented both leagues. But, I'm not sure that's the most.

BQ: Who has represented the most teams for a single league?

Gary Sheffield (SDP, FLA, LAD, ATL, and NYY) and Moises Alou (MON, FLA, HOU, CHC, and SFG) have both represented 5 different teams.

BQ: Alou would have the most for a single league with 5.

Gary Sheffield has represented five teams -- the Padres, Marlins, Dodgers, Braves, and Yankees. I couldn't find anyone else with five or more.

    Some players with four teams:

Goose Gossage -- White Sox, Pirates, Yankees, Padres.

Roger Clemens -- Red Sox, Blue Jays, Yankees, Astros.

Roberto Alomar -- Padres, Blue Jays, Orioles, Indians.

There may be others; I wasn't comprehensive.
