Whats the cheapest way for me to ship?
I want to start selling things on ebay but the only thing thats holding me back is how to ship. I am going to sell bottlecap necklaces, i dont know hom much it weighs but its not much. (a bottlecap and a necklace chain.) I want to know what the easiest way for me to ship it. whats the differences in Express, Prepaid, Priority, International, First class, Regional rates. i know it would be easiest to go with flat rate but i think if i choose one of the others it will cost almost half the price. And when im shipping it do i need to have it sent in a bubblewrap envelope? or is a regular letter totally out of the question? Pleaseee hellppp
My local post office and my only choice in this small town is United States Postal Service (USPS.com)

If shipping a necklace of bottle caps, use the bubblewrap envelope if 13 oz. or less. Postage would be $3.41 for shipping anywhere in US. On-line rate is not available.
If over 13 oz. use the small flat rate Priority box. Postage would be $5.20 at the Post Office or $5.00 if paid on-line.
Do not use a regular envelope. Postage would be the same and I doubt the item would make it to the destination. Remember, all mail is processed by machines and envelopes with something other than a card or letter inside tear easily.
