Best high school men's basketball team vs best wnba team who would win?

When I was in Junior High School, we scrimmaged the Varsity womens High School Team. This was done to help the ladies out by playing against more athletic men/boys. The ladies were preparing for the state playoffs and there was a big deal made out of this scrimmage game by the ladies on the varsity squad and their fellow class mates. Unknown to us, the men in their class was telling the ladies that the 8th Grade Boys would beat them. The ladies of course got mad and said they would beat us easily. I might add, the ladies record was 21-4 when we scrimmaged them. They had won their conference and was simply preparing for the state regionals. We as 8th grade boys asked our coach if we were supposed to play hard and try to win. He did not know and he asked the womens coach. Their coach said if we didnt play hard he would be very upset with us. Our record was 10-8, just a decent Junior High School team.

Well, 3 days before the ladies played their first round game in regionals, we had a scrimmage at the High School gym. This had turned into kind of an equal rights issue. You know, women can do anything the men can do.

We just played hard and ran the offense and played defense like we had all year. Even though we were just boys, we jumped higher, moved twice as fast and was 3 times quicker. When we pressed the ladies they couldnt bring the ball up the court. They never got a rebound. At the end of three quarters we were leading by more than 30 points. We put in all of our subs for the 4th quarter and the ladies were able to close the gap to about 20 points before the game ended. It was not close.

The ladies went on to lose their first round playoff game which they were heavy favorites.

The best High School boys team in the country could beat the women WNBA champions by 50 points if they pressed and played hard defense. This is not even a game.

One of the top boys high school teams in the country would very likely win--any top team has guys who could probably play in the NBA if not for the recent rule change, and a few guys who are going to walk into starting roles on D-1 schools. But a "decent" boys high school team, depending upon the state, might have a kid or two who are going to play D3 somewhere, and maybe not even that. The WNBA teams have only the top recent women college players and would smoke a most "decent" boys teams. They would likely even have a height advantage in the front court. Not a stupid question at all, in my opinion. This is the sort of trivial speculation that makes following sports interesting.

Best WNBA team would win, these girls played college ball, and outshined alot of the girls to be drafted into a professional league they also have professional help to hone their skills, where the best highschool basketball team, the boys arent as developed (just look at lebron when he was 18, and now), and chances are maybe 1 or 2 of the boys in the highschool team would be good enough to compete at professional level (not off the get go too, after college), and chances are they probably would not be that great either.

I'd say it would be the WNBA team. Take a look at the rosters of WNBA teams. There are some beastly dudes... errr... women in the WNBA. Go on, look... I dare you.

The High-School Men's team would win because they usually have that height advantage, and at least they could dunk.

Probably the high school boys because they would probably be bigger and stronger.
