GUYS ONLY, PLEASE...How do you feel when...?

Guys, how do you feel when you have to change your clothes in front of other guys. Such as in a locker room setting at school, gym, swimming pool, or at the beach. Does it make any difference to you if you have to be naked with other guys around. I'm not talking about at a nudest camp, or anything like that, but just changing or maybe at a spa where you are expected to be naked while at the spa. Just wondering how other guys view being naked around other guys.

In high school, it was always uncomfortable, but now that I'm older, I realize that the discomfort was simply because of how our culture (N. American culture, specifically) tells us that being naked, especially around other people, is a terrible thing. Of course, I still don't get naked in groups of people! (That one time with strip poker doesn't count...)

If we look at other cultures, some are even more freaked out by nudity, and some barely notice it, unless it happens in public areas where clothes are required. In Japan, they have public baths - some of which are even co-ed! but nothing indiscreet happens, there. In S. Korea, they have public saunas which include public bathing (not co-ed, tho, except in the main lobby/lounge area, where shorts and shirts are worn).

Source(s): My sources? Various S. Korean and Japanese TV shows, plus "life in America."
