Why should anybody other than Cleveland/Miami fans care about LeBron?

Honestly. People need to get off LBJ's nutsack. Unless you are a Cavaliers fan, in which case you have some reasoning as why you would dislike LeBron, you shouldn't even care. It has no effect on your favorite team.

Also its not even like LeBron did a bad thing, it's just HOW he did it. Which even wasn't a huge deal. The Decision: all the $$$ made from that went to charity. When he promised 7 rings, he was just caught up in the moment and excited. lebron is one of the more humble guys in the league, its just the media portrays him as some bigot who can't do anything on his own. he took an insanely bad cavaliers team to the finals and is a 2-time mvp.

i just don't understand how the greatest player (athletically and all-around skills) can be thrown for no real apparent reason. i guess people just find LeBron as a common enemy and have fun tearing him apart, and his finals performance didn't really help that.

Update:

i'm not a lebron fan by any means. i just get tired of people hating on him all the time when its obvious that theres no real reason behind it for 90% of the ppl...

So you're saying that someone isn't allowed to think he's an arrogant person that constantly puts his foot in his mouth unless they are from Cleveland ? I don't need to be a Cavs fan to have an opinion on someone.

Even better , you actually believe the decision was ABOUT charity and not more exposure for Lebron ? Charity was the excuse to have an hour long Lebron fest just to say " Miami ".

I don't care for Lebron but it's not like I spend my time wishing bad things on the man. The only thing worse than the flat out hate for the man are the people who defend his nonsense.

Im not trying to be a dick but you should take a closer look at who should hop off his nuts.

because he started the trend of leaving forming a team with multiple superstars. what the celtics did was different they were alot older. Lebron left a small market team and formed a superteam in Miami with bosh and wade. Pretty soon Chris Paul, Dwight Howard and other stars will do the same and there will only be a few good teams in the nba, teams from big market cities

Yeah everyone loved LeBron when he was in Cleveland. It's really funny to me that the 2 most hated players are Kobe Bryant and LeBron James and the 2 most loved players are Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. What he did is no different then what Shaq and Carmelo did and what CP3 and Dwight Howard will eventually do. It's just the way he did it that made him seem like a cocky arrogant asshole, but i don't think he is.

The Welcome Home celebration was just to pump up Heat fans. I never knew fans would take it so seriously.

Anyways, all these people that hate LeBron, I don't blame them. It just shows how good the media is at brainwashing people into thinking the wrong way.
