One more laptop comparison...?

Ok, so I saw these reviews on youtube about the asus g60jx-RBBX05. Can anyone tell me if I would be better off getting this Asus @ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

Or the Acer Aspire as7750g-6444 that has been the subject of my last few posts.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

Only difference I see is that the G60JX has a slower processor, also it being the previous generation of i5. It is 2.26ghz and turbo boosts to 2.53ghz, while the new sandy bridge i5 is 2.3ghz and Turbos to 2.9 ghz. Will I see a difference in Gaming having a slower processor? Because the G60jx seems to be paired with a better graphics card than the 6650m, being the GTS 360m. Also, is the architecture of the 1st gen i5 way different than this new Sandy Bridge architecture? Oh, and before you guys correct me, the G^0jx has a 7200rpm HDD compared to the slow 5400rpm HDD in the as7750g. Keep in mind that I will be using this for school too, while also gaming a little bit on games like BF2, BFBC2, GTA IV(with expansion packs),The Call of Duty franchise, maybe Crysis, The Need For Speed franchise, and most likely some sports games when I get rid of my xbox after knowing how much of a beast my laptop is. Thanks for helping if you can!
