having a baby girl and really scared to clean her wrong?

I'm 16 w 3d found out 2 days ago we're having a baby girl. I'm so happy but I'm starting to worry because I really don't want to hurt her, give her a rash, or any infection. Any advise on how you clean your baby girl? Boys are so much easier to clean and I don't have experience changing a little girls diaper.

definatly wipe front to back its a must, also dont wipe twice with the same wet wipe. and i found applying sudocream or baby powder at all times even if there is no rash or soreness helped to prevent rash as it acts as a barrier from her urine.. although you might not think so now mummy instincts come naturally after birth and you will jus no what the best thing to do is. good luck with your baby girl.

Wipe her front to back, but please don't forget to wipe everywhere she needs it (they can't clean themselves!) Part the lips slightly and wipe front to back. If you don't, desitin, etc will build up and cause irritation and discomfort. Truly, she'll thank you for it that you clean her properly. Pay attention while you're bathing her, too, to clean thouroughly, but do not hurt them with your fingernails, etc. Just clean her like you would yourself, minus douching.

Ask the nurses once she gets here how to properly clean a baby girl, and they will go over it with you.

When the time comes ask your doctor. I'm sure they will tell you anything you need to know.
