Can I make this game without getting in legal trouble?
I've always wanted to make a mod for the Source Engine created by Valve Software ever since I knew I could make one, so I was thinking I would make Planet of the Ape's: Source. Now I want to know if I would get in legal trouble with Ubisoft who already made a game (Which I intend not to make the game ANYTHING like, I want to make it just like the movie.) or the people that made the movie Planet of the Apes. I REALLY want to make this game, so can anybody help?

Call the mod Monkey World and don't use any of the names from the movie.
