how to get my webpages to update to the latest version?

I'm using a new computer with Windows 9. Internet Explorer browser. When I bop around Yahoo Answers, for example, and return to a page I visited a few minutes ago, it displays the 2 minute old page, rather than the up-to-the-minute one. I have to hit the 'refresh' icon to update to the latest. How do I get my computer to automatically display the latest version?

For Internet Explorer 8 use Tools, Internet Options, Browsing History, Settings, Every time I visit the web page. IE 9 should be about the same.
