Where can I find really vibrant colored eyeshadows that work?

any eyeshadow you use can be made more bold or vibrant by dipping the brush you use in water first - this works especially well to do eyeliner on the top lid

For a more higher end answer, I would recommend M.A.C pigments. They are strong and vibrant and have definite staying-power.

For an even stronger colour, you can dip your brush in a small amount of water and pick up some of the pigment. It makes it more vibrant and also makes it stay longer.

For a less high-end make up selection choice, Rimmel now do many different shades of bright colours which is called Glam'Eyes.
