Do you know this song?

I've been hearing this song for a while, and I have no idea what it's called!! It kinda sounds like something by Sigur Rós and the only lyrics I can pick up are "season(s) of love". It's just that line repeated mostly, and there's an electric piano type sound playing single notes. I think the song is quite popular, as it's played in adverts and in films, I'd imagine. It's also in major key if that helps!
