Well, your husband needs to act like the adult here - since it's clear, her mother isn't a mother figure in this situation.

She needs a serious talk, she's 15.I'm 15, and i cleaned up my act.I was never that rebellious to be honest, but i'm crazy.

Abstinence should be offered and educated to her.If everything fails, safe sex is better then a unprepared baby.Her future isn't so bright, she needs to stop acting like a "rebel" very soon.

If she's asking to go on birth control, then definitely put her on it. If she's going to have sex, she's going to have sex-with or without birth control. The most responsible thing you can do as a parent/guardian is understand the priority. Of course you prefer that she not have sex at her age, but if that's what she's choosing to do, then avoid pregnancy and all the problems that could come from having a child in her teens.

I wouldn't allow her to go and stay but I would put her on it. She's asking for it for a reason. You may want to talk with her and see if anyone has molested her. Sometimes that could be a reason for why she is and so into boys so young. Pray also. It really works.

DON'T ALLOW IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A STEP GRANDPARENT! okay that's a little harsh but just keep her living with you and let her go on the pill. that way you can make sure she is taking it and being cared for. win win

Give it to her. She's going to have sex regardless of if she gets it or not. It's best to know she's protected.
