Some guys won't make a move on fear of rejection.. women should not worry about this because if you really want to get some... get some.... lol
so if your looking to get laid.. make the first move... if you want to go on a few dates or don't really like him.. then don't make the first move...
if you do like him and don't make a move you risk sending the wrong signal and may miss your oportunity for he will go to someone else more interested.

Why not? If you want something, GO FOR IT! Just make sure you don't do too much (as in sexual), you may come off as easy.
