It's pretty easy to understand, but only 30 seconds long. Googling partial lyrics just confirms that they are not available online.

EDIT2: That's a very good question! Because it made me realize that "manchesmal" is actually not the right spelling, it should be "manches Mal" (= some of the time, not sometimes).
