Depends on how "bad" your credit is. Not all lenders have the same guidelines available to offer you so who you work with makes a difference. I would simply contact the best and let them save you plenty of time, money and frustration.

SOL. Nobody lends to anyone with less than good to excellent credit these days - with the guarantee. Clean up your credit, save up your 20% cash down payment, etc.
