"does anyone know a lender willing to lend to a veteran with bad credit?"?

I know the VA gaurantees the loan, BUT, where can I get the initial loan first??

    Depends on how "bad" your credit is. Not all lenders have the same guidelines available to offer you so who you work with makes a difference. I would simply contact the best and let them save you plenty of time, money and frustration.

    SOL. Nobody lends to anyone with less than good to excellent credit these days - with the guarantee. Clean up your credit, save up your 20% cash down payment, etc.

    Lending laws are to tight after the crash

    You must have an avg score of 620

    No way around it
