How do I readjust the timing chain properly?

Well I opened up my 1978 Honda CBT-400 Hawk bike engine in order to replace a gasket. This involved taking off the timing chain. The problem is that I don't know how to put the chain and the camshaft back on and ensure that all of the timing is proper in relation to the pistons. How can I do this?

You should never go that far into a bike engine without the shop manual. It will tell you in there how to align the chain.

    Get one. Use it.

    Consult a repair manual
