¿Ayuda con traducir estas tres frases al inglés?

Lo cual se traduciría literalmente: Y así lo hizo, el pensamiento de que ella no lo encontraría siquiera una buena idea jamás cruzando su mente.

Notas:

-'Parecer' como de opinión en inglés es más como 'encontrar algo' (inserte adjetivo aquí)

-'Never stopping to think' no me suena muy bien, no que esté equivocado

-Quizás 'never taking a break to think if she might find it a good idea' sería una traducción más literal

-O incluso en vez de 'stopping', 'making a halt'

-'His/Her voice never coming to a hal't (si se trata de voz)

"..seguía hablando sin apartar nunca su mirada de la de él."

Se me ocurre: She/he kept on talking, her/his eyes never leaving his

Lo cual se traduciría literalmente a: Siguió hablando, sus ojos nunca dejando los suyos (los de él)

Notas:

-Mirada puede ser algo como "glare" o "stare", también

"..se apartó unos metros sin perderle de vista en ningún momento."

She/he moved aside... (si se mueve como evitando)

O: backed away (si retrocede)

...a few steps... (unos cuantos pasos)

...his/her sight never leaving her/his figure (su vista nunca dejando su figura)

Notas:

-Cómo se dirá en ningún momento? Probablemente eso ni siquiera se utiliza en inglés...

-Unos metros? Me gusta más como suena "pasos"

Obviamente puedes decir 'any moment' como 'ok, any moment, now' pero allí 'any' es más como 'cualquier' antes que 'ningún'
