What kind of bug could this be?

We just got this very small, jumping, black looking insects in our home. I did research and still can not find out what type of bug this could be. This picture somewhat looks like the bugs we have but maybe a bit shorter

If anyone has any ideas please feel free to write to me thanks!

P.S. They were only in our bedroom then moved to our downstairs areas.

Update:

I live in PA....sorry I did not add that before.

It looks like a type of beetle, feeding off of the fabric on the blanket...a type of boll weevil, perhaps?
